I had to be out of town while the remodeling occurred on my pool. I was kept informed with photos texted to me on the progress of the remodel. The photos didn't do it justice as to how amazing it looks. Better than I imagined it to be when finished. Craig is very pleasant to work with and do business. I have had problems with contractors in the past. 5 stars doesn't seem enough. At least 10 stars for timing, quality, communication and commitment to the schedule.

The process from start to finish was seamless. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard to complete it promptly. I believe it was a couple of weeks from start to finish. We appreciated the most that Craig was on site every day, overseeing and advising, and truly just outstanding. If we were not home, he sent pictures of the progress; we were in the know every step of the way. We can also say Craig's integrity is bar none, just no words here. He could have easily added on here and there on the repairs side of things, and we would have never known the difference. The exact opposite thing happened! As we said, he was upfront about issues that often arise with older pools. I even think he was happier than we were when additional repairs outside the original estimate were unnecessary! Another thing to mention is Craig's attention to detail and the personal care he shows for his clients. For example, Craig sent his guys back to our house for additional cleanup because it was not done to his standards. These were things we did not notice, but he did. Who does that kind of service anymore?! Finally, we would also like to say how much we enjoyed Craig as a person. He is just a genuinely great guy, and I could tell his crew really liked him, too. We are telling you, with zero reservations, that this is the guy you want working on your pool and/or your outdoor living space.

The quality of work matched the quality of customer service. Craig was very informative at every phase of remodel and available for any questions. His team was amazing.. providing excellent work. Wow! There are almost no words to describe what an incredible experience we have had working with Craig and his crews. We came into this project with a vision and Craig exceeded all expectations and then some. He and his team built the MOST BEAUTIFUL composite deck and pergola in our backyard. The quality of their work is beyond what we could have asked for. Everyone we interfaced with who works for him was professional and hard working. Craig was just as passionate as we were about building and creating the perfect backyard space. Truly could not be happier with the finished product and can not wait for the next project to start. We contracted with Craig Cameron's company Natural Water Environments to do a full refurb on our 50,000 gallon inground pool. It was the best work we have had by any contractor in any of the last 20 years of home ownership. They did such great work and the people who came out were the most personable of any contracted workers. The water features are simply amazing and we have the most wonderful pool we could have imagined. We paid in advance of the final completion because we had such a wonderful experience with Craig. We never do this but Craig showed us in the very early going what a conscientious and honorable man he was. We would highly recommend this company for any work you need done. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hired him to consult a swimming pool that another contractor had started and abandoned. Craig let me know what needed to be done and stated he would finish the work if the original contractor did not finish it. He will be the person I call if I ever need pool work done again. He is a professional and an expert when it comes to pools and pool repair.

Craig did a fantastic job on our remodel. The pebble tec and stone repair look awesome! The kids really like the glow in the dark spotter tile too. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and even came out late on a Saturday afternoon to make sure the chemicals were right before the kids started swimming again. His pricing was fair and nothing went up from his estimate. We highly recommend using them for your remodel!

Craig and his team are awesome! We had a total remodel of our pool and we could not be any happier. Craig was onsite every step of the way and I don't think there is anyone in the business who knows more about pools than Craig. Craig's caring nature is evident in how he treats his team and his clients. He is an outstanding human being. Even though the final product is outstanding, our satisfaction really stems from how Craig handled all the small things. For example, when we had a small issue with the way something looked, he had no arguments; he just fixed it right away. This 5-star rating is mostly about the customer service and how Craig handled all our requests/modifications (I am a bit tough to work with at times ). I have already recommended Natural Water Environments to friends and I will continue to highly recommend! Thank you Craig and team!

I chose Craig after 5 quotes from other companies. WOW! Did I make the right choice. What an awesome job! If I had a question to ask him he responded right away. He took a real interest in my pool remodeling. He offered suggestions about the pool and that was so helpful. I did not want my spa and Craig and his team turned into a beautiful flagstone patio area. The pool looks beautiful and I could not be happier. Do yourself a favor and call Craig. Your search for a great guy to work with and great work is over. He is the BEST! He takes extra steps to make a fantastic pool. TXProject: Resurface a Swimming Pool Comments: After getting estimates from several companies, we felt most comfortable with Craig and Natural Water Environments. We had our pool resurfaced, tile replaced and mastic replaced. We had an incident with some equipment failure causing some damage and now know the importance of hiring someone who is bonded and insured rather than someone who does this on the side. He was very attentive to making sure all repairs were done to our satisfaction. We're very pleased with the outcome. We love our updated pool. We still call Craig when we have pool questions and he is always helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and use him again.

After speaking with several contractors, we decided to work with Natural Water Environments, and specifically with the President of the company, Craig Cameron. Craig, we would learn is an award-winning pool contractor who has been in the business for many years. We quickly learned firsthand why he has won so many awards and gained such a strong reputation in the area. It soon became clear that Craig is knowledgeable about all aspects of pool construction, resurfacing, and pool water chemistry. He's a good communicator who clearly presented options while explaining the pros and cons of each. After making our selections and signing the contract, he did not disappear from the project as other sales representatives often do. He was regularly in attendance during all phases of our project. He displayed a strong personal commitment to the work and insured our pool renovation was of the highest quality and completed on schedule. Craig is dependable and conscientious. We are very happy with the outcome of our pool resurfacing and heartily recommend Natural Water Environments and its President Craig

NWE was able to work us into their schedule and complete our project quicker than we expected (even with rain delays). Hardworking, experienced, considerate, and friendly crews showed up on time. Craig provided great advice on remodel options and pool maintenance. We ended up having more work done than initially planned, but are very pleased we did so. Cost was in line with two other quotes, when we assumed with Craigâ s credentials, that he would be out of our reach. Our best contract experience since moving to Texas and into an older home!

The only reason we are giving Natural Water Environments a 5 star rating is because this doesn't go up to a 10 star! The pool is 20 years old and was in need of new plastering. We contacted several companies to get quotes for the work. We selected Natural Water Environment for several reasons: Craig's inspection and evaluation for the work we wanted performed, how long it would take to do the work, detail and line item quote for each item of work and product, and the quote was very reasonable. We ended up converting a 9 foot deep diving pool to a 4.5 foot play pool, and resurfacing the pool with a mini-pebble. Craig provided excellent communication during the entire process; updating on what work was being done on what day, what to expect and when to expect the crew and equipment. We can't say enough about the great job this team did. Their attention to detail, not only the work on the pool, but the property cleanup also. No tools/mess left behind. Craig's knowledge and expertise are invaluable; he always took time to answer any questions we had. After the work was completed, Craig was explaining the initial water treatment, etc... and a contractor, which was doing interior work at the house, commented on how well the pool had turned out (he had seen the poo before the work). After a conversation, he asked Craig for his business card. This contractor has seen a lot of pools from working at other residences and was impressed by what he saw. We would not hesitate to recommend or hire Natural Water Environment again ¦wait a minute we have; they will be installing a roof on our pergola! Natural Water Environment gets a 10! ¦ a 10 plus! ¦ pretty near 11!

I love my pool and my pool guy, Craig! We first reached out to him last Summer via HomeAdvisor to get a quote. Our plaster was nearly 20 years old and our tile was falling off, as well as having a large rust spot we were concerned might indicate issues underneath the service. He came out the day I put in my request on HomeAdvisor, gave me options, had samples, sent me a quote within the week, and checked back with me, but did not harass. We decided the timing was not right for us. Craig respected this. We followed up with him this year and decided we were ready. It was his busy time, so Craig already had multiple jobs going, but he asked when I needed it done. I told him May. It was done in early April. The crews he sent were very professional and hard working. Craig again let me know about a newer option that had come out, but no pressure when I decided to stick with our original choice of Tropics Blue mini pebble. If I had a question, Craig always answered my calls. Once his team, started, they worked tirelessly to complete in a quick time frame. I didn't feel like I had people at my house forever or that the work would never get done. One of my favorite things? No hidden fees or extra service charges. He was true to his quote. He even fixed the loose stones on our sheer descent waterfall and didn't charge extra, even after I wasn't happy with something on it and he fixed that for me the very next day. Craig made follow up visits with us to make sure everything looked good, to test the water, to add chemicals, and to make sure we understood how to take care of our new mini pebble, which is so different than the plaster we had before. Even told us which pool test kit to buy. Our pool is beautiful. We are so happy and cannot wait for our first pool party of the season. Thanks Craig!

Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool Comments: Very clean job. So very worth it for the money that we spent. The warranty was what clinched the deal. He also called me and let me know it would be finished by 6/27. We were swimming earlier than that. He added several projects for us including a beautiful deck. He delivers! I have recommended him to several people, and I will continue to. He is wonderful.

You just can't get a contractor any more responsive than Craig. He nailed every single request and did it on time and budget. Even with weather delays, the pool remodel was finished on time. Make no mistake Craig knows what he's doing, he is meticulous, customer oriented, and a pleasure to deal with. If you are wanting someone to do your project cheap, and cut corners, then Natural Water Environments is not for you. Certainly not the cheapest, but price was more than fair. Do yourself a favor and look at his completed projects, he does amazing work.

We were very worried about selecting someone to redo our pool because of all of the horror stories you hear about. I will highly recommend Craig and his crew. They did a amazing job. Craig stays on top of everything. He calls you to keep you up to date on the progress. His customer service is outstanding, and I learned a lot from him. There was never a mess left behind at the end of the work day, which was awesome. Most workers leave a mess. If you are looking for someone. I HIGHLY RECCOMAND THIS COMPANY. You will not regret it! Thank you Craig for a awesome job. I love my new Look!

Craig was over-the-top amazing. He had to do lots of extra work because the previous owner had done shoddy work. He did not charge us extra for lots of the extra things he had to do. He had creative solutions along the way. He was mindful of cost. His men were diligent. Overall, great experience. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Ten stars.

Craig Cameron of Natural Water Environments was highly recommended by my brother, as Craig remodeled his pool a year ago and was very pleased with the quality and service he received. We had hired a local pool company from Plano to remodel our pool and had to fire them due to lack of performance and poor workmanship. When we reached out to Craig and explained the situation to him, he was very empathetic about what we had gone through with the other pool company and he reassured us that he could repair the damage and remodel our pool. As an experienced, licensed pool contractor, Craig pointed out the improper techniques that the other pool company was utilizing to remodel our pool and explained the problems that we would have encountered. Craig was able to start our pool remodel ahead of schedule and we were swimming two weeks later. The pool looks even better than we expected and we are very appreciative of Craig for taking on the mess that another pool company left behind. We would highly recommend Natural Water Environments. They are a licensed, professional, knowledgeable and experienced pool contractor. Learn from our mistake, always use a licensed pool contractor and check their references.

My project was to remodel my 40 year old pool and change the surrounding area into an Resort Oasis. I hit the jackpot selecting Craig to make this happen. From the beginning he listened to what I had in mind. Then he discussed with me all the ideas he had to reach that goal. With his fabulous software, he was able to show me exactly what the finished project would look like. I knew from the beginning, remodeling a 40 year old pool would present problems and changes. Craig always had the attitude the customer is always right. No matter what unforeseen came up, he would take the stress off of me by handling everything. I have been in my home 33 years with lots of construction over the years. Only a few companies have won my trust. Natural Water Environments is certainly one of them. I could not be prouder that now I actually have that Oasis I dreamed about. Both my pool area and my courtyard (he remodeled) won 1st place Design Awards for 10 states and Mexico. If I had it to do all over again, I would only choose this company. I see that Craig has posted my BEFORE courtyard and BEFORE Watkins Pool Remodel. Oh my, if there were just a way for me to POST the AFTER photos. They are shockingly beautiful. Whenever my friends/family enter the pool area for the first time (after the remodel), they GASP with Delight! With comments like,it looks like a 5 star resort!!& Makes me so proud!
